The Festival Logistics/Set-up Committee is charged with identifying all physical facilities, products, and services necessary to run the event. This will include physical structures such as tents, tables, chairs, booths, stands, etc. It will deal with fencing, port-a-lets, parking, trailers, changing areas, etc.
The Committee shall establish a staging guideline with regard to what structures get erected first, when various components can move in, and how the festival will be set up. Members of the Committee will be on hand during set-up to insure that proper and consistent monitoring with festival guidelines occur.
All recommendations made by the Committee to staff shall be documents to assist staff with regard to acquiring necessary physical structures and services, pricing, etc.
