The Finance Committee, chaired by the Treasurer of the Lehigh Saengerbund, shall be responsible for all fiduciary interests of the event. It shall, with staff support, create an annual budget for the event, identify all operational and marketing expenses, and review all prospective revenue sources.

The Committee shall insure that in-kind sponsorships are recorded properly and provide full reports to the Lehigh Saengerbund Board of Directors for all accounting and tax purposes.
