The Food and Beverage Committee shall be responsible for all food and beverage offerings at the event. They can recommend the establishment of the numbers appropriate for festival needs and the types of food and beverages to be served. They will be responsible for identifying volunteer hospitality and sponsor hospitality foods and assuring contracts are signed to fulfill all food and beverage requirements of entertainers, staff, volunteers, and audiences.
This committee will also be responsible for outlining the types of beverages to be served at the festival, including those sold by festival volunteers as opposed to festival vendors. They shall review both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to determine the number of stands, types of products, pricing, and manpower required.
