The Merchandise Committee is responsible for identifying souvenir programs and merchandising at the festival. This will include two avenues. First and foremost, the Committee will work with staff to identify the parameters of its Marktplatz. This includes the numbers of people who can participate, the types of product they sell, and the management of the site according to the principles and guidelines of the festival.

Secondly, the Committee shall be responsible for identifying those souvenirs that the festival will sell from a year to year basis. This will include identifying numbers, selling locations, selling techniques and space, and creating promotions for volunteers, general public, etc pre, during, and post-festival.
