The Program/Staging Committee shall be responsible for reviewing the overall program of the festival on a year by year basis. It shall make recommendations to staff and Board with regard to the types of entertainment to be booked at each of the stages. It shall work diligently with staff and contracted entities to provide production and staging assistance wherever possible. All issues with regard to audience interaction, audience reaction, entertainer communication and contracting, etc shall be reviewed by this Committee.

This committee shall be responsible for all staging, transportation, and monitoring of sound and light equipment and/or contractors at each festival stage.
